Riyadh, SANA-Minister of Economy and Industry Dr. Mohammad Nidal al-Shaar discussed with Saudi Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid al-Qasabi ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between Syria and Saudi Arabia and to develop available investment opportunities.

During the meeting, both sides affirmed the importance of strengthening the bonds of relations between the two countries, and working together to confront global economic challenges.

The two ministers explored new avenues for cooperation in the fields of industry and commerce, contributing to the enhancement of joint investments and the development of both the Saudi and Syrian economies.

The Minister of Economy and Industry arrived in Saudi Arabia heading an official delegation, as part of efforts to strengthen economic relations and trade exchange between the two brotherly countries.
