Damascus,SANA-The Syrian short film “Photograph”, directed by al-Mohannad Kalthoum won the Best Short Film at competition of “Africa Shorts” 2024.

The film narrates the effects of war on Syria and aftermath on the Syrian children and the employment which forced them to provide financial support to their families.

The director Kalthoum said the Syrian film has competed with several films worldwide as it carries humanitarian values.
