New York, SANA-At least 14 people were injured in a stabbing incident at a Walmart store in Traverse City, in northern part of the US state of Michigan.

ABC News quoted Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael D. Shea reported Sunday: “A 42-year-old man entered the store and used a folding knife to stab several people. The suspect is in custody and the attack appears to be random.”

 Monsoon Healthcare, in a statement, said three people underwent surgery at its medical center, while 11 other victims were in critical to serious condition.
