Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham will be re-evaluated in one week, according to NBA insider Chris Haynes. Cunningham has been out since March 17th with a collapsed lung.

With Cunningham needing to play in Saturday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers, Cunningham will not be eligible for NBA awards this season.
